Requesting a refund for your purchase
In order to refund your purchase, it must have been completed within the last 7 days as per our policy.
For subscription purchases made longer than 7 days ago, we can offer a pro-rata refund in the form of credits to use towards the purchase of other subscriptions.

We do not accept threats or chargebacks. If you do these, we reserve the right to ban and/or blacklist you from the bot.
In order to get a refund, you must have the Transaction ID.
This can be found on either the Subscriptions page or in the confirmation email you received.
Once you have that, send a message to Mrs. Pizza or a Senior Staff on our Support Server. Include in your message that you are requesting a refund along with your transaction ID.
