Transfer & Refund

Refunding Your Donation#

In order to refund your donation, it must have been donated within the last 7 days as per our donation policy.

note

We do not accept threats or chargebacks. If you do these things, we reserve the right to ban and/or blacklist you from the bot.

In order to get a refund, you must have the Transaction ID.
This can be found in either the Manage Premium page or your PayPal Transaction History.
Once you have that, DM a Senior Staff on our Support Server.

Transferring Your Donation#

As per our donation policy, you may only transfer a donation once.

To transfer a donation (if you can still access the account)

  1. Go to the Manage Premium page
  2. Go down to Order History
  3. Click "transfer" and go from there.

If you do not still have access to the account that you originally donated from, we can still transfer it to you. You will need the Transaction ID. This can be found in PayPal Transaction History, or the email you received to confirm the donation. Once you have that, DM a Senior Staff on our Support Server.
