Premium FAQs

What payment methods can I use?​

We currently support credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

Is my payment and data secure?​

The payment process is secure. We do not have access to any of your credit card information, as everything is processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe).

Can I transfer my premium to another user?​

It is NOT possible to transfer premium between users.

Can I gift a subscription to another user?​

It is not currently possible to gift a premium subscription.

What is your refund policy?​

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Beyond 7 days we can offer a pro-rata refund in the form of credits to use towards the payment other subscriptions.
Gifted subscriptions cannot be refunded.

How do I transfer my premium subscription to another server?​

  1. Visit the subscriptions page.
  2. Select the subscription dropdown for your server.
  3. Select the transfer server button.
  4. Select the server you would like to transfer premium to.

How do I cancel my premium subscription?​

  1. Visit the subscriptions page.
  2. Select the subscription dropdown for your server.
  3. Select the cancel subscription button.

If you cancel, your server will still have premium access until the remainder of your subscription ends.
