How do I restrict commands to a certain channel?

If you want to allow commands in only one, or a couple channels, you can do the following:

1. Disable every module. Note that you cannot disable the permissions module. You can get a list of modules by doing help modules and you can disable the module by running disable [command/module].

2. Use the channel-override command to allow the modules in the desired channel.
