Russian Roulette

Objective
Successfully pull the trigger as many times as possible.
Starting a game
Use the command to bet. A lobby will be created.
/russian-roulette <bet>
Other players have up to 15 seconds to join the lobby. If no players join, a solo game will begin.
Solo game
There is six-chamber cylinder. One of the chambers will contain a live round. The game begins with a trigger pull.
After each successful trigger pull you will have a chance to cash out, or you can continue pulling the trigger to try for a greater payout.
After each successful trigger pull, the payout multiplier increases.

If you find the live round, you lose your bet and forfeit any winnings from earlier in the game.
Multiplayer game (2-6 players)
There are 6-12 chambers. The number of chambers in the cylinder scales with the number of players. One of the chambers will contain a live round.
Players will take turns pulling the trigger in a random order. Once a player finds a live round and is eliminated, the other players remaining in the game split the pot.
