User join and leave announcements

You can configure UnbelievaBoat to send a message when users join and leave your server.

Setting a welcome message​

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard → Welcome & Goodbye
  2. Enable the Welcome Message option
  3. Set a channel for messages to be sent to
  4. Add a custom message

Setting a goodbye message​

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard → Welcome & Goodbye
  2. Enable the Goodbye Message option
  3. Set a channel for messages to be sent to
  4. Add a custom message

Tags​

You can add placeholders in the message that will update with the proper information (e.g. username, ping, join date, etc).

What are the tags?​

  • Visit the Tags page.
  • You can also see tag suggestions by typing { directly into the message field.

Notes​

  • You can only select text channels that you and UnbelievaBoat have the ability to send messages to.
