Prefix

The prefix is what members type before text commands, such as the ! in !work.

Changing the prefix

1. Navigate to the Dashboard → Prefix
2. Enter a new prefix

• Leave the field empty to go back to the defaults, ! and u!.
• A custom prefix replaces both default prefixes.
• Members can always mention the bot instead of using the prefix, for example @UnbelievaBoat help.

Note

The prefix only applies to text commands. Slash commands always start with /.
